Managing Users

When Intellicus operates in secured mode, it performs authentication and authorization for every user attempting to access the system.

Organization and Access Rights

  • Every user in Intellicus is associated with an organization.

  • A user’s available functionalities depend on:

    • The organization they belong to.

    • The access rights assigned to them.

Default Organization: Intellica

  • Intellicus includes a pre-configured organization named Intellica.

  • If Intellicus is deployed as a stand-alone application:

    • You may create new users within the Intellica organization instead of creating a new organization.

    • Users and roles can also be managed.

When Intellicus is Integrated with a Host Application

  • If Intellicus is embedded within another application:

    • Create a new organization in Intellicus specifically for the host application's users.

    • Create users within that organization.

    • Map host application users to Intellicus users for seamless authentication and access control.
