Navigating Explorer Menu

The Explorer menu in Intellicus provides centralized access to all categories and entities used for business reporting and analytics. You can view, manage, and interact with entities based on your role and access rights.

Opening Explorer

To access Explorer:
Click the Hamburger icon > Explorer

Open

Search and Filter Options

Explorer allows you to search and filter categories and entities based on your access level (Administrator, Designer, or User).

• Search Bar: Use the search field at the top to locate a specific category or entity by name.

• Object Type: View and select from available entity types to filter the list accordingly.

• Sorting Options: Click column headers such as Report Type, Report Format, or Last Modified Date to sort the list.

Right-Click Menu Actions

Intellicus provides a standard and intuitive set of operations across all entities:

• Right-click a category or entity to display context-specific actions such as:

  • Create

  • Edit

  • Delete

  • Move

  • Copy

  • Add to Favorites

Available actions vary depending on your user privileges.

Object Type Properties Panel

To customize the column display on the headings pane:

1. Right-click anywhere on the headings pane.

2. A list of properties appears.

3. Select or deselect checkboxes to show or hide specific property columns.

This helps tailor the Explorer view to display only the relevant information.

Accessing Favorite Entities

To view entities marked as favorites:

1. Click the Favorites icon in the top-right corner of the Explorer screen.

2. A list of your favorite entities is displayed for quick access.
